Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and with all tags attached. All returns require a return authorization.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and visit “Order History”
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Print your return label and packing slip
  4. Package items securely in original packaging
  5. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different color or style, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Assembled furniture
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items (marked in product description)
  • Gift cards
  • Opened bedding (for hygiene reasons)

International Returns
We currently only accept returns from addresses within the United States.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund
  4. We cover return shipping for damaged/defective items

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exceptions: damaged, defective, or wrong items sent
  • Return labels are provided through our return portal

Store Credit Option
Prefer store credit? You’ll receive 110% of your purchase price in store credit for any qualified return.

Holiday Return Policy
For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, we extend our return period until January 31st.

Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery. The original gift giver will be notified of the return.

Furniture Returns
For furniture items:

  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Unassembled and unused
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • White glove delivery items require special handling
